Sugee Biscuit


Ingredient's

2 1/2 Cup - Wheat Flour
3/4 Cup - Sugee Flour
3/4 Cup - Castor Sugar

3/4 Cup - Butter
4 Tbls. - Ghee

3/4 Tbls. - Rose Essence
Food Colouring - Green (For decoration)

Method

1) Mix Castor Sugar with Butter, Ghee & Rose Essence. Stir well until become creamy.
2) Add (Wheat Flour and Sugee Flour - mix together) with the creamy mixture.
3) Mix until the dough is not sticky on hand.
4) Make into Small Ball's and put a Green Dot on top of the Ball's
4) Preheat Oven, then cook with 185 C for 16 minutes.

Remark :-
* Add little bit butter if the dough is sticky on hand while mix.

* Biscuit will become more bigger while bake.

Ghee Biscuit


Ingredient's

2 Cup - Wheat Flour
3/4 Cup - Castor Sugar
3/4 Cup - Ghee
3/4 Tbls. - Vanilla Essence
Food Colouring - Red (For decoration)

Method

1) Mix Castor Sugar with Ghee (just add 1/2 cup) & Vanilla Essence. Stir well.
2) Add Wheat Flour with the mixture.
3) Add balance ghee little by little until the dough is not sticky on hand.
4) Make into Small Ball's and put a Red Dot on top of the Ball's
4) Preheat Oven, then cook with 185 C for 16 minutes.

Remark :-
* Add little bit ghee if the dough is sticky on hand while mix.

* Biscuit will become more bigger while bake.
