Ingredient's
2 1/2 Cup - Wheat Flour
3/4 Cup - Sugee Flour
3/4 Cup - Castor Sugar
3/4 Cup - Butter
4 Tbls. - Ghee
3/4 Tbls. - Rose Essence
Food Colouring - Green (For decoration)
Method
1) Mix Castor Sugar with Butter, Ghee & Rose Essence. Stir well until become creamy.
2) Add (Wheat Flour and Sugee Flour - mix together) with the creamy mixture.
3) Mix until the dough is not sticky on hand.
4) Make into Small Ball's and put a Green Dot on top of the Ball's
4) Preheat Oven, then cook with 185 C for 16 minutes.
Remark :-
* Add little bit butter if the dough is sticky on hand while mix.
* Biscuit will become more bigger while bake.
